Greatly enjoyed Cortona, the hotel was relaxing and gorgeous inside an old citadel. The venue had a stunning location not very far from Church of San Domenico. And it was also so close to all the attractions, and Florence.

Our superior queen room with a mini-bar, central heating and a work desk was absolutely gorgeous. The location was stunning, you can visit Casali Palace by walking.

Beds were uncomfortable.

The location was stunning and the property itself was absolutely breathtaking. I felt like I was living in a fairytale! The rooms were gorgeous and impeccably clean, with pretty windows that provided lovely views. The staff were exceptional - so attentive and friendly. They made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and I especially loved the amazing view of the Tuscan countryside from the interior courtyard. The plunge pool was a refreshing touch and added to the overall charm of the hotel. Despite being a bit small, the spa was a relaxing experience, although it would have been nice if it was included in the stay price. The only minor downside was that the hotel didn't offer dinner, but there are plenty of dining options nearby. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was close enough to a former monastery, Florence and Siena and all the attractions. We ate in the La Bottega Dell'oste restaurant, incredible food with fantastic service.

Wow, this hotel was a weekend disappointment. On the positive side, the decoration was nice and the breakfast was tasty. , it was located in a popular city with lots of activities to do nearby. But that’s about it.

There were too many negative aspects. The hotel was incredibly hard to find, and even harder to navigate through.

Our room was bright and elegant and offered central heating, a flat-screen television and a writing table...
